| Gerry Keenan |
| Chief Executive |
 | Gerry was appointed CEO of Irish Life Investment Managers (ILIM) in 2005. Prior to this Gerry was responsible for development of ILIM's investment services and for client portfolio management. He graduated from University College Dublin with a first class honours degree in Economics. He then spent two years at the Economic & Social Research Institute and went on to complete a master's degree at the London School of Economics. He subsequently lectured in Economics at University College Cork. In 1982, he joined the Central Bank where he was a member of the Economic forecasting team.
Gerry joined Irish Life as Economist in 1984 and later assumed responsibility for management of fixed interest investment. He was appointed Senior Manager in 1986, was made Senior Portfolio Manager responsible for segregated pension fund investment in 1987, and took up his position as Director, Investment Development in January 1990. Gerry is a Board Director of ILIM and was instrumental in the development of index management within the company.

| Colm O'Neill |
| Chief Investment Officer |
 | Colm was appointed Chief Investment Officer in January 2008 with responsibility for fund management of ILIM’s Active and Indexed business. Prior to this Colm held the role of CIO Indexation and Portfolio Management. Colm was instrumental in the establishment of ILIM’s Passive Fund Management capabilities in 1995 and in 1998 assumed full responsibility for the structured investment area. Colm has managed a range of investment portfolios including fixed interest, Irish equities and derivatives. Before joining ILIM in 1993 Colm held a number of group roles including Actuary - Group Business and Corporate Valuation Actuary.

| Patrick Burke |
| Director - Investment Development |
 | Patrick is responsible for the delivery of investment products and services to trustees and pension clients and for the strategic development of investment solutions to the institutional pensions market. Prior to taking on his current position with Irish Life Investment Managers he was a professional trustee with Irish Pensions Trust Limited providing trusteeship services to a substantial number of large defined benefit and defined contribution occupational pension schemes.
Patrick is Chair of the Irish Association of Pension Funds, a director of the European Federation for Retirement Provision and has previously served as Chairman of the Irish Trustee Forum. Patrick is a solicitor by profession, an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute and an Associate of the Irish Institute of Pension Managers. He holds a primary Degree in Commerce from University College Dublin.

 | Paul joined Irish Life Investment Managers ( ILIM ) in January 2008 and is responsible for institutional sales.Paul has over 25 years experience in the provision of pension administration and consultancy services to defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans operated by Irish and multinational companies.Prior to joining ILIM,Paul was a European Partner and Senior Retirement Consultant with Mercer and prior to that he held a number of senior positions with Irish Pensions Trust.He has extensive experience of dealing with trustee groups ,member representative bodies and sponsoring employers on all aspects of retirement benefit planning and provision.Paul is a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Pensions Managers and a past president of the Institute.

 | Nicholas joined ILIM in 2001 as a Senior Portfolio Manager with responsibility for all aspects of the Irish Life Assurance relationship. In 2005, Nicholas was appointed to the Institutional Portfolio Management team. He has over 10 years experience working in the financial services industry having worked for Progressive Life Assurance, Irish Life Assurance and most recently Irish Life Investment Managers. He holds a primary degree in Economics and Computer Science from University College Cork, a MSc. in Investment and Treasury from Dublin City University and a MBA from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business at University College Dublin.

 | Martina joined the Investment Development team in November 2006 assuming responsibility for servicing the investment needs of our institutional clients. Prior to this she was a Manager of the Dealing Desk in ILIM, with responsibility for trading global equities, derivatives and FX. Her previous professional experience also includes 4 years at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and Milan where she was responsible for US Equities Trading and FX trading. She also worked previously as a fund accountant in MeesPierson in Dublin.
During her time in Frankfurt she started the CFA programme and was awarded the charter in 2004. She also holds an honours degree in International Commerce from UCD.

 | Michael was appointed to the Institutional Portfolio Management team in June 2008 assuming responsibility for the delivery of ongoing investment services to a portfolio of institutional clients. Prior to this, Michael had responsibility for the relationship between ILIM and Irish Life Retail. Michael has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and has worked in a variety of areas across the Irish Life group in both Ireland and the UK.
Michael is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII). He holds a primary degree in Business Studies from Dublin City University and the QFA Diploma from the Life Insurance Association.

 | Eoin joined ILIM in 2007 and is responsible for looking after the relationship with institutional clients with particular emphasis on the defined contribution pension schemes. Prior to joining ILIM Eoin worked for almost 8 years in Ulster Bank on client facing lending teams in the Property Finance and Corporate Banking divisions. In addition he worked on the Ulster Bank Debt Capital Markets team helping to arrange and execute a range of capital and funding transactions. He graduated from Dublin City University with a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in which he specialised in Finance and he also holds the M.Sc. in Investment & Treasury from Dublin City University.

Prior to this, Michael was an investment analyst with Oppenheim Investment Managers in Dublin. Michael is a CFA Charterholder, a member of the UKSIP and holds a Degree in Commerce from University College Dublin.

 | Eunice Dreelan is a Senior Portfolio Manager in ILIM with responsibility for managing all client investment matters and with particular emphasis on our Defined Contribution clients. Eunice has in excess of 20 years experience in client relationship management and is particularly focused on heading up ILIM's thought leadership in terms of product development for the defined contribution market.
Prior to joining ILIM Eunice worked with Goodbody Stockbrokers for 5 years and AON Consulting. In 1990 Eunice joined Irish Life International as Business Development Manager in the South African office and then as Head of European Sales and Marketing. Eunice has studied at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and is currently completing an MBA at Heriot-Watt University.

 | The Client Services team is responsible for the administration of ILIM's 1,100 Investment Only pension schemes and provide a wide range of investment services to the consultants and trustees. These services include client money and unit transaction processing and the production and issue of client investment reports. The team also deal with investment related queries from auditors, trustees and consultants. They turn around approximately 200 queries every week through the Clientservices mailbox and of these over 98% are responded to within one day of receipt. The team prides itself on the contribution it makes and strives for excellence in the service it provides to ILIM's clients.

 | The Investment Development Support Team assists with RFP preparation, client reporting and presentations. The Team is responsible for updating ILIM's website and quarterly fund factsheets. The team is heavily involved with the preparation and organising of ILIM's annual conference which addresses current issues with global guest speakers.
