Your goal as a DC plan sponsor or Trustee is to help deliver better retirement outcomes for your members. That's our goal, too. We are dedicated to helping you employ the best practices in plan design, investments and implementation, while making it easy for members to engage.
Our approach to DC is one built on partnerships. When DC plans partner with us they benefit from more than our investment experience and expertise. They benefit from a comprehensive service offering that includes extensive investment design that is presented to members in an intuitive fashion. The fundamentals of our approach are outlined below.
Experience has taught us that an investment platform with access to high-quality investment funds, allied with a robust and scientific design process to blend the best mix by assets and fund managers, offers a smoother journey with less risk. So, we work with you to create options that are right for your members, built with broad diversification, and aimed at replacing retirement income with as much certainty as possible.
Through providing funds with intuitive names to allow members understand their expected long-term return and risk, along with investment guides and the ability to directly engage with qualified investment professionals, members are more like to engage and get better retirement outcomes.
We offer investment solutions that can be used in every stage of the lifestyle strategy for members who don’t necessarily want to make their own investment decisions.
For members who prefer to manage their own investment portfolios, we provide a broad range of investment options.
We work with all DC pension administrators, so any part of our investment solutions can be made available for your DC plan.
We have a track record for innovation and partnership with trustees and employers to deliver the most appropriate investment solutions for members.
As a longstanding DC provider (we have been providing investment solutions for DC plans since they were first introduced to Ireland over 30 years ago), we understand how behavioural finance can sometimes lead to irrational decision-making. That’s why our investment philosophy is to deliver a smooth investment journey and focus on risk management strategies.
We can work with any DC administrator to ensure the maximum flexibility for DC plans.
We are one of the largest DC investment providers, providing investment solutions across all industries and employers, both local and multi-national. This allows us the flexibility to provide solutions to both the largest and smallest of DC plans.
Here in ILIM, our DC team collaborates with teams across the business, helping DC plans achieve their investment goals, while providing you support on our full range of funds and services. This lets you improve your members’ retirement outcomes, helping you design, implement and manage the best possible solutions.
